With these SBC's Massxess can optimal route the intensive customer traffic through phone and e-mail/chat. Next to this the controllers take care of optimal security against attacks or intrusions on the IP nework.

Massxess is a successful player in the field of customer contact solutions in the Netherlands. Over fivehundred national and international organisations work with Massxess to improve their connectiity. For these organisations Massxess handles over eigthy million customer contacts per annum.

For its service Massxess relies on an advanced service platform fully based on IP technology. With this so called IP Communication Contact Center (IP CCC) Massxess offers multiple advanced services in the field of converged data and voice communication. To provide customers with maximum uptime and service, Massxess works continuously on expanding the network. By installing Acme Packet's SBC's it is possible to support high volume data traffic.
